There is a ruffle at the top just like the ruffle at the bottom as shown in photo. They measure 31" wide and 42" long. You can also just drape over a curtain rod to make them only 21" in length and looking just as pretty on both sides of window. They also come with 4 tiebacks. Just lovely vintage curtains!
