This romantic gold-tone metal filigree  brooch was worn in the 1950's approximately.  The design is of a rose center set on black done in petti point or needle point.  It has a standard clasp in back.  A real beauty!  It is an oval shape.  Approximately 1 1/2 x 1 inches.  Large enough to make a bold statement.
