Where Do You Find Your Treasured Items?
Some of our items come from many different estates and from abroad as well. Some are new and bought through many different decorative companies that deal only with retail stores. Some are purchased at the NYC Gift Show that takes place twice a year. Some of our treasures are from our many years of collecting and sometimes very difficult to part with.
How Does Each Item Arrive?
Each item arrives to you delicately wrapped with our stamp of approval. Each item is wrapped in our exclusive tissue paper and sealed with our Gold Logo Stamp giving our products a sophisticated presentation because our clients deserve the royal treatment. Each item will be shipped via USPS or DHL or Fedex depending on which way is most cost effective.
How Are Shipping Costs Figured Out?
Each item has its own cost figured out separately. Should you continue to shop for various items, we will be glad to combine shipping to make it most cost effective should it be safe enough to combine items . Many items are fragile and cannot be combined. But we will do our very best to keep your cost savings in mind. And with today's gas prices, shipping items directly to your home or cottage might be the most cost effective method.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do. The shipping charges on our website are figured for the United States only. So, please understand that should you need your items to be shipped internationally, shipping rates will be reconfigured depending on the address that you indicate to us. But, we would be more than happy to ship to our international clients!
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
Our Return/Exchange Policy is that should you not be satisfied with your product, you need to contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please explain why you want to return the item and we will issue you a credit for store exchange only. No cash refunds are given. Please ship the item back carefully wrapped to us to avoid breakage and send return receipt so that you have proof of us receiving it. We cannot cover the cost of shipping it back to us nor the original shipping cost charged to you. You will be issued store credit for the actual amount charged for your items only. We will do our very best to keep all our clients satisfied. Customer Satisfaction is our No. 1 Priority. Please feel free to contact us via email explaining your concerns and we will take the best action possible to resolve any issue you might have.
Do You Gift Wrap?
Yes, we do. Creativity is our specialty. Should you purchase a gift for someone and want it professionally wrapped to make a perfect presentation, we will gladly do so for a minimal cost depending what your own individual needs or requirements are. We will gladly ship it to any location you desire so that the person receiving your gift is more than pleased but also excited to receive their new found treasure!
Do You offer Lay Away?
Yes, we do. We understand today's economy is making it difficult on all of us and yet, keeping our home beautified is still equally important to us. Our home is our castle and we understand the need for you to shop for your treasures at a pace that is more cost effective to you. We have a 30 Day Lay Away Plan. 1/3 rd Down is required through Paypal, money order, or personal check. You will be required to pay off the remaining balance before the close of the 30-day Period. After your item is paid in full, we will carefully hand wrap your items and ship off your new found treasures!
